Speaker Selection Process & Session Focus:
The planning committee will review all submissions and select appropriate presenters that best fit the objectives of the event. The primary audience is pagan oriented but may include the general public, so consider focusing your presentation to fit those groups. Presentations should be informative, engaging, culturally appropriate, and relatable for attendees at all levels of knowledge and experience, and could include practical hands-on activities. Please do not sell products, memberships, solicit funds or donations related to your business during the sessions. We have vendor spaces available for such business transactions. However, you may promote your business with cards, flyers, or other written materials as a way of marketing yourself to the general public. We encourage businesses to buy a vendor space for business transactions.

Staff and committee members will also determine and schedule time slots for presenters. Please indicate on the form if you have scheduling issues and would prefer to present at a specific time. This is a non-profit event and no fees will be offered to presenters at this time.

All presenters will be notified as soon as possible regarding the decisions on workshop presentations.
